Baby Control!
No lemonade this time! I shot a 20 month old this time and the shoot was exactly the opposite of the shoot I did with “Zoe and the Lemonade”
What was different this time? The kid, the environment, the parents, what I wanted, basically everything. This time, I spent no time thinking about how to create the “physical set” and more time on understanding the kid’s personality and allowing the parents pretty much dictate how the shoot would proceed. Again, just going with the flow.
Fortunately, she was super good about being placed in a small 3x3’ square where I had my lights pointed. The results where drastically different! Whereas I left Zoe’s house feeling like I got nothing, I left Leah’s house knowing I had shots that I could work with.
