The 300 Workout
Got bored today and did the 300 workout from start to finish. For those who don’t know what the 300 workout is see here.
33 minutes.
That includes water breaks, breathers between reps, setting weights, walking to the each station. Fortunately I didn’t have to wait for any machine. Then again when I did wait, I just did something else while waiting.
The deadlifts took me forever. I really need to do more deadlifts… now I’m going to be sore the next day.
It was quite challenging though. I was on the brink of passing out many times… allow me to leave you with a mental note:
“This is SPARTAAAAA!!!”
